4. Legal Basis for Processing
Where applicable under the UK GDPR and similar regulations, our legal bases for processing your data are: contract performance (delivering services you purchased), legitimate interests (platform security, fraud prevention, service improvement), and consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies).

8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against CSRF attacks. We may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site — these are only set with your consent. You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and access controls. No internet transmission is completely secure; we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to us but take all reasonable steps to protect it.
