Situation
Harrow sells premium home goods direct to consumer and wholesale to 180 interior design studios. Their wholesale operation ran entirely through email. Account managers were manually applying discounts, creating draft orders, and emailing invoices. The process took 3 days per order and was the leading cause of staff attrition. We built them a custom B2B Shopify app.
